We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Tissot PRX Chrono T1374171104100
The Tissot PRX T1374171104100 is a 41 mm quartz chronograph with a vertically brushed blue dial and an integrated stainless steel bracelet that flows directly from the case.
The 316L steel case measures 41 mm across and 11 mm thick, with brushed top surfaces on the case and bracelet links set against polished edges on the bezel, crown, and oblong pushers. The blue dial carries applied baton indices with Super-Luminova inserts, baton hands, and three recessed sub-dials at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock - counters for the chronograph function - plus a date window between 4 and 5 o'clock. The bracelet tapers from the case and closes with a butterfly clasp.

A Watch Born in 1978
Tissot was founded in 1853 in Le Locle, Switzerland, by Charles-Félicien Tissot and his son Charles-Émile Tissot. The PRX draws its design from a Tissot reference first introduced in 1978, originally part of the Seastar line - the brand's family of water-resistant models. The current PRX collection revisits that integrated-bracelet silhouette with updated executions including this quartz chronograph variant.
Chronograph Function, Sapphire Glass
The Tissot PRX T1374171104100 - manufacturer's reference T137.417.11.041.00 - pairs a quartz chronograph with sapphire glass, which resists scratching far more effectively than mineral glass. At 10 ATM, the watch handles swimming without restriction. The integrated 12 mm bracelet is specific to the PRX model, with tapered brushed links and polished connector details throughout.
