You have a 2-year warranty on all products purchased from Ditur.

Of course, we hope that everything is tiptop when you receive your product. But in the unlikely event that your product is not quite as it should be, we are of course ready to help you!

 

The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered and no later than two months afterwards. Please get in touch with our customer support before you send in your product as a complaint.

 

To help you in the best possible way, please include a photo and/or video, your order number and a description of the problem.
