We want satisfied customers and therefore want to ensure that our customers can always get the best possible price. We continuously check our competitors' prices, including physical stores and webshops.
We always strive to offer our customers the best prices on the market for all our products - but should it fail and you, against expectations, find a lower price, either in a physical and authorised retail store or on another authorised webshop, contact us.

Documentation: Send documentation (picture, screenshot, link, etc.) to our live chat or email support@ditur.com, where you include/attach; documentation for which authorised competitor you have found the product, the price of the product, that the product is in stock and that the price to be matched is current and valid at the time of purchase.

Price match: You will receive an email with a link to the product at the new price. The link can be used immediately.
Physical store

Documentation: Show the staff documentation (picture, print, screenshot, link, etc.) that demonstrates; which authorised competitor you have found the product at a lower price, the price of the product, that the product is in stock, and that the price to be matched is current and valid at the time of purchase.

Price match: Get a price match when you purchase and get your product home immediately.

If your request fulfils the requirements, your refund will be sent to you in the form of a gift voucher.

The competitor is an authorised retailer selling authentic and original goods.

European rules on warranty, consumer protection, customs, and VAT cover the product.

Your documentation clearly shows the product's price, where it can be purchased, and the date of validity of the offer.
Price guarantees do not apply to:

Special offers, e.g. queue offers, opening offers, limited quantity offers, end-of-season sales, hourly offers, daily offers, demo goods, goods with manufacturing defects, etc.

If the offer requires some form of membership/subscription or auction.

Goods sold as demo, outlet or exhibition models

Services such as gift wrapping, engraving, shipping, etc.
