1. Placing orders
When you place an order via our website, it is not a legally binding agreement. Ditur therefore has the option to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures or similar situations. We will not send you a binding order confirmation/invoice until we have dispatched the goods you have ordered.
Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email with an overview of the items you have ordered. This email serves as an electronic acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Please note that the automatic response is not a legally binding order confirmation.
The agreement between you and Ditur is only binding when you receive an e-mail from us confirming that the goods have been dispatched. We will not debit your account until you have received this confirmation, and the item has been dispatched.
2. Prices
At Ditur, all prices are in Euro and include VAT and taxes.
3. Payment
To ensure secure handling of payments, we co-operate with Billwerk. Payment to Ditur.com can be made using the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer and gift cards.
If you pay with an international payment card, such as Visa or MasterCard, the amount will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of the card until we complete or reject the payment.
3.1 Gift vouchers
If you have a valid Ditur.com gift voucher, you can use it as payment by entering the unique code at checkout. Gift vouchers for www.ditur.com are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. In addition, you have the right to have the gift voucher paid out for the duration of the gift voucher + 12 months.
4. Delivery
We offer the following delivery options:
- DPD - Delivery to parcel shop or private address
- DHL - Delivery to private address
- UPS - Delivery to private address

The price for a standard delivery is €5 (DPD - Delivery to parcel shop). Other delivery methods may be more expensive.

The estimated delivery time for your order is shown when you select the delivery method during the checkout process. The stated delivery time is indicative and can therefore vary.
4.1 Responsibility for delivery
Ditur is responsible for your order until the time of delivery. The time of delivery is defined as the moment you receive the parcel.
Please note if you have authorised the delivery company to leave the parcel at your doorstep in your absence, the parcel is considered delivered as soon as it is handed over. The time of delivery is thus when the parcel is handed over, and you as the buyer are responsible for the parcel from this time if you have given such authorisation.
4.2 Uncollected parcels
It is your responsibility to receive or collect your parcel in accordance with the instructions you receive upon delivery. Packages not collected by the date stated in the delivery notification will be returned to our warehouse.
When we receive an unclaimed parcel back, we will keep it until we are made aware of whether you want the parcel sent again or if you wish to cancel your purchase.
We charge the actual costs associated with the parcel being returned to us. If you want a new delivery, this can be done by paying for a new parcel label.
5. Right of complaint
Please create a complaint case via our complaint portal .
We provide a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Remedies may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
This warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse or improper handling.
To make a claim, please do so within a reasonable timeframe after discovering the defect. A complimentary return shipping label will be provided upon claim submission.

Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery or undelivered shipments.
5.1 Complaints for pre-owned and demo products
When you buy pre-owned, or demo products, you are still protected by the law of purchase. As these products are unique, they cannot be exchanged for new items. If you have a justified complaint, you will be refunded.
6. Right of cancellation
You can cancel your purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of delivery. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the right of cancellation applies from the time you take physical possession of the last item.
6.1 Partial Cancellation
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more of them, even if they were purchased in the same order. Please note that this does not apply to bundles. Bundles are considered as one single unit. Therefore, if you wish to cancel the purchase of a product in a bundle, you must cancel your entire bundle and return all items.
Bundle products can for example be watch boxes including watches, gift sets or similar where several products are sold as a single unit.
Please note that when purchasing 2 for 1 offer, bundled products or other similar offers where a free product is included, the entire order must be returned for a full refund. If the free product is not returned, the amount refunded will be reduced by the value of the free product.
6.2 Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation lapses with the purchase of personalised products. This includes products that are engraved or customised.
6.3 How to cancel
You cancel by giving us clear notice of your cancellation. You can do this by using our returns portal, which you can find here. Alternatively, you can send an email stating your cancellation to support@ditur.com. You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the goods or by failing to collect them without simultaneously notifying us of your cancellation.
The cancellation period is met if you send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
6.4 Returning the item and return costs
If you have cancelled the purchase of an item, you must return it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Items cannot be sent cash on delivery or without recorded delivery. You are liable for the return costs of the item. When using our return label, €10 will be deducted from the refund.
6.5 Refund of money in case of cancellation
If you cancel your purchase and fulfil the stated criteria, you will, of course, be refunded the amount you paid to us, including any delivery costs associated with your original purchase. However, the following exceptions apply:
- If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only want to return part of it, delivery costs will not be refunded
- In case of depreciation for which you are liable, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item in case of cancellation. When using our return label, €10 will be deducted from the refund
- Specialised freight costs will not be refunded. We will refund the value corresponding to the cheapest delivery method.
We will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received notice from you that you wish to cancel the purchase. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have given us explicit consent to do otherwise.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you can provide proof that you have returned it before then.
6.6 The condition of the goods upon return
According to Danish law, you always have a 14-day right of return on online purchases, even if you have broken the seal and used the product. However, you should be aware that you may be liable to pay for the loss of value caused by the use of the product. Impairment is always assessed on a case-by-case basis and can vary. For some products, the packaging is a significant part of the product's resale value, so it is important that you take good care of the packaging and do not damage it.
To ensure you get a full refund on return, it is important that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the item must not be damaged, soiled or otherwise deteriorated and that all original marks, labels and packaging must be intact. If the item has been used in a way that obviously impairs the value of the item, we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded to you. To ensure a full refund, we therefore recommend that you handle the item with care and only try it on in the same way as you would in a physical store.
7. Right of return
In addition to your statutory right to cancel your purchase, Ditur offers you the option to return your goods within 99 days of purchase. If you use our extended return policy, the item must be returned to us unused, in unbroken packaging and undamaged condition. You pay for the return yourself. In connection with the creation of the return case on our return portal you will receive a return label that can be used to send the item back. Using our return label costs €10, which will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.
The right of return does not change your statutory right to cancel the purchase, as described above. The 99-day return period is valid from the time of purchase.
7.1 Return policy for pre-owned and demo products
When purchasing pre-owned and demo products, the usual 99-day return period does not apply, as the goods may have been used before or have unique characteristics. However, this does not affect the statutory 14-day right of cancellation, which also applies to the purchase of pre-owned and demo products.
8. Specific for pre-owned and demo products
Pre-owned products are products that have had a previous owner, may have been used previously or have a few faults or defects that mean the product cannot be sold as new, but still functions optimally.
Demo products are new products that may have been used for presentation, exhibition or marketing purposes. For example, products that have been displayed in stores, used to take product photos or used in campaigns, but are still in good condition and functionally intact.
Assessment of condition and any faults and defects on the product will be clearly stated on the individual product.
9. Complaint options
If you wish to make a complaint, you can contact our customer service at support@ditur.com. We always strive to find a solution that satisfies all parties.
If we cannot resolve the issue together, you may consider submitting a complaint through an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
Please note that the availability of ADR mechanisms may vary depending on your country of residence.
10. Sign up for Ditur's newsletter
By signing up for the newsletter, you accept that Ditur ApS may send marketing to you via email, SMS and MMS regarding products that are relevant to you, including watches, watch cases, watch accessories, watch tools, jewellery, accessories, offers, sales, competitions, events and other similar marketing initiatives. You further agree to receive service emails regarding cancelled order processes.

11. Club Ditur
Club Ditur is open to anyone who signs up online via our website. Membership is free and by joining you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Please note that if you have not previously shopped with us, you will start at the Bronze level. If you have previously shopped with us using the email address you use when signing up, your total previous purchases will automatically place you in the membership level that matches your history. This way we recognise your loyalty from day one in the club.
11.1 Member levels and advancement
Club Ditur has six levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Black. New members are assigned a level based on previous purchases. If you are a new customer with no previous purchases, you will start at the Bronze level. Each level offers more benefits such as a higher number of points earned per order and lower free delivery thresholds. Earned points can be used in our exclusive Point shop. You can always see how much you need to reach the next level in your account overview. All members can see the benefits available in each tier, apart from our top tier, Black. The benefits in the Black tier are unique and only known to members who reach this exclusive level.
11.2 Benefits and rewards
As a member, you enjoy various benefits that grow as you reach higher levels. One of the main benefits is points, which you earn for purchases on our online store. At the Bronze level, all members earn 10% of the purchase price as points. Read more about our Point shop below. The percentage varies at the different levels.
In addition, as a member you get access to your full purchase history as well as an overview of your product reviews, providing a personalised insight into your experience with us. Other benefits include lower free delivery thresholds and discounts on gift wrapping and services such as engraving, battery replacement and glass protection. These benefits are continuously expanding - the higher the level you reach, the more benefits you get access to.
11.3 Conditions for benefits
As a member of the Ditur Customer Club, you can enjoy free shipping already from Silver level. You can get free shipping if you buy for more than the specific amount stated on your level. Free shipping applies to DPD parcel shop and pick-up in any store. This will be evident on the delivery page when you complete the order.
Engraving: As a member of Ditur's customer club, you get a lower price on engraving as a Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Black member. The price for engraving will be visible in the shopping basket if you are logged in.
Gift wrapping: As a member of the Ditur Customer Club, you get a lower price on gift wrapping as a Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Black member. The gift wrapping price will be visible in the shopping basket if you are logged in.
Battery replacement: As a member of the Ditur Customer Club, Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Black members get a lower price on battery replacement. You can get the price by showing your profile in one of our stores.
Free return shipping: As a member of the Ditur Customer Club, you get free return shipping as a Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Black member. You still need to register the return on Ditur’s return page.
Earning points: As a member, you earn points for each order. When purchasing gift cards, points are earned on the purchase of the gift card itself, but not when redeeming or using the gift card.
11.4 Point shop
The points you earn from purchases are accumulated in your account and can only be used in our member-exclusive Point shop. Here you may be lucky enough to find specially selected products that are only available to club members. Some of these items can only be purchased with points and cannot be purchased with regular currency.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last purchase. Each new purchase automatically extends the validity of all accumulated points for another 12 months, as long as purchases are made within this period.
Earned points will only become available in your account after the 99-day return period has expired. If you wish to cash out your points earlier, the following applies:
- The earliest you can get your points paid out is after the 14-day statutory return period
- By waiving the remainder of Ditur's extended 99-day return policy, you can receive your points in your account
You redeem your points in your account and the right of return is cancelled.
Please note, points earned are personal and cannot be transferred to others.
11.5 Communication
As part of your membership in the customer club, you agree to receive personalised communications via email. These messages may include special offers, updates on your membership level and exclusive promotions. By joining, you agree to receive these messages, which are a core part of the customer club experience.
If you wish to remain a member but not receive personalised communications, you can unsubscribe from our communications at any time via the link in the emails you receive from us.
11.6 Cancellation of membership
You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support. Upon cancellation, you will lose any unused points and no longer have access to exclusive benefits and items in the Points Shop.
11.7 Privacy policy
All personal data collected in connection with your membership is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can find on our website here. By joining the Customer Club, you accept that your data is used in accordance with this policy.
11.8 Changes in terms
We reserve the right to adjust the terms of how points are earned, expire and used, and to change other member benefits. This may include both phasing out existing benefits and adding new ones, which may affect points already earned. In addition, we may make changes to our processing of your personal data on an ongoing basis.
In the event of significant changes to Club Ditur, you will be informed in writing via your registered e-mail with at least one month's notice. It is therefore important that your contact information under "Account information" at ditur.com is up to date. Your membership and points earned will remain valid during this notice period. If you do not accept the changes, you have the option to unsubscribe from Club Ditur before the changes take effect.
Changes that are not significant or that are in your favour can be implemented without prior notice.
12. Warranty conditions
Ditur offers extra peace of mind when buying watches through the option to purchase an extended warranty for a specific product with a binding period of 1, 2, 3 or 5 years. The price for the entire binding period is added to the price of the product at checkout.
12.1 Ditur's extended warranty covers:
- Damaged or non-functioning movement
- Fall and breakage damage
- Damage from impact, shock and vibration
- Broken watch glass
- Damage to case, buckle, chains, crown, hands, etc.
- Water damage and condensation (at least 6 ATM)
- Design, material and manufacturing defects
12.2 Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and intentional damage
12.3 Buyer's rights under the warranty
If damage covered by the warranty occurs, the buyer has the right to have the watch repaired or replaced. If the damaged product cannot be repaired and has been discontinued by the supplier, the consumer will be offered an equivalent product or a gift voucher to Ditur corresponding to the value of the watch at the time of purchase. Ditur's extended warranty does not affect the buyer's remedies for defects and rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
12.4 Who does the Ditur extended warranty apply to?
Ditur's extended warranty follows the purchaser of the warranted product as stated on the receipt. This means that Ditur's extended warranty is only valid if the buyer is still the owner of the product to which the warranty is linked. In the event of a sale/transfer of the product with warranty to a new owner, the watch will no longer be covered by the warranty at the time of transfer.
12.5 What should you do if damage occurs?
If your watch is damaged and you wish to make use of the extended warranty, you must contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage within 7 days of the damage occurring.
12.6 Safety regulations and precautionary requirements
Safety regulations: The consumer undertakes to ensure that the consumer product is used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The product must be used as it is intended and manufactured for.
Precautionary requirements: The purchased product with extended warranty must be treated with normal care to prevent any damage as far as possible.
12.7 Right of cancellation and termination of warranty agreement
When purchasing Ditur's extended warranty, you have a 14-day right of cancellation and a 99-day right of return. The period starts from the day you receive your receipt and confirmation of purchase of a product with Ditur's extended warranty.
If you return the product to which the extended warranty is attached, the warranty is automatically cancelled and the full amount of both the product and the warranty will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase. This is subject to fulfilment of the general terms and conditions for returns.
If you have purchased several watches of the same model, but only purchased extended warranty for some of them, returning one or more watches of the same model will be considered as returning watches without extended warranty. If the number of returned watches exceeds the number to which the warranty is not attached, the extended warranty will also be refunded.
12.8 Cancellation of Ditur's warranty agreement
If it is assessed that the customer has deliberately performed an act aimed at exploiting the terms of the extended warranty, Ditur may terminate the agreement against a refund of an amount corresponding to the remainder of the purchased extended warranty period.
