Demo & Pre-owned

Demo & Pre-owned items are products sold at reduced prices because they have either been used for display or returned by previous customers. Before they go on sale, every product undergoes a thorough inspection and reset, so it looks as good as new when you buy it.

In our Demo & Pre-owned category, you'll find both pre-owned products that have had a previous owner and demo items that may have been used for display or marketing purposes. All our Demo & Pre-owned items are carefully inspected, so you can be sure of getting quality products at a great price.

Please note: Our 99-day return policy does not apply to purchases from our Demo & Pre-owned category.

Your rights

When you buy Demo & Pre-owned items, you're covered by a 2-year legal guarantee and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
