It can happen to the best of us - you get tempted and then you realize that maybe it wasn't for you after all...

It's okay to change your mind! In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, Ditur offers a 99-day return policy.

How to make a return

Start your return here, where you will be asked to enter your order number and email
Select the product you want to return and tell us why
Register your return and you will receive a return label on your email
Make sure to wrap the item securely so it's ready for shipment
Take the package to a parcel shop and drop it off
Remember to get the receipt - it's proof that the package has been handed in
Wait for a response from our returns team who will process your return as soon as possible

: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of a product, even if you have broken the seal and used the product. However, you may be liable to pay for any loss of value caused by the use of the product.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Ditur offers an extended right of return of up to 99 days after purchase. To use this, the item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition in original, unbroken packaging.
: Contact customer service and we will create a return label for you.
: Your order number can be found in the emails you received from us in connection with your order and on the package you received.
: If you want to exchange an item for another, return the item you don't want and place a new order on our website. This way we ensure that you get the item you want as soon as possible.
: It costs €10 to use our return label. The amount will be deducted from your refund. But if you'd rather spend the money on something more fun, you can save it by returning the item in one of our physical stores.

: As soon as we receive your return package in our returns department, our returns team will start processing your return. This typically takes 2-7 days, depending on the season and busyness. As soon as your return is processed, the money will be refunded to the card that was used.
: You can easily return multiple orders in the same package - just register each order as a separate return in our returns portal. Place all orders in a box and attach a note stating that there are multiple orders in the box and the order numbers. That way, you won't have to pay for return shipping multiple times.
: Because our pre-owned and demo items may have been used before or have unique characteristics, only the normal 14-day cooling-off period applies.
: If your order contains both pre-owned/demo items and other products, the 14-day right of withdrawal only applies to the pre-owned/demo items. Similarly, the 99-day return policy only applies to any other products in the basket that are not pre-owned/demo items.
: For a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means that it must not be damaged, soiled or otherwise deteriorated and that all original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.

If you return within the statutory 14 days
Even if you have broken the seal and put the product into use, you can still return the product. However, if the item has been used in a way that has impaired its value, you may be liable to pay for this impairment. Impairment is always assessed on a case-by-case basis and may vary, and in such cases we reserve the right to reduce the amount returned to you.

If you use Ditur's extended return policy (up to 99 days)
To make use of the extended return policy, the item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition with unbroken packaging.
: While we love a watch with character, the watch must be in the same condition as when you received it in order to receive a full refund. If the watch has a little too much patina, we may have to adjust the refund amount.
