Accessibility Statement

This statement applies to Ditur's online shop at ditur.com.

Last updated: 7 October 2026.

How ditur.com works

Ditur.com is an online shop where you can find and buy watches, jewellery and accessories. The site is built around these key areas:

  • Search and navigation: Find products using the search field at the top of the page or via the categories in the main menu. Results can be filtered, e.g. by brand, price and colour.
  • Product pages: Each product has images, price, description and specifications such as size, material and water resistance. This is where you add the product to your basket.
  • Basket and checkout: At checkout, you review your items, enter your contact and delivery details, choose a delivery method and pay via our payment providers.
  • Customer account: With an account, you can view your orders and manage your details.

If you need help along the way, our customer service team can guide you through your purchase (see Contact us).

Accessibility at Ditur

We want everyone to be able to shop with us, regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use. Our accessibility work is based on the legislation implementing the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). On the technical side, we follow the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

Most of ditur.com can be used with a screen reader and zoom, but not all areas fully meet the requirements yet. The areas we are working on are described below.

How we work with accessibility

Accessibility is part of how we design, develop and test ditur.com. We continuously test key journeys such as search, product pages and checkout.

Known limitations and ongoing improvements

We are aware that some parts of ditur.com do not yet fully meet our goals. We are continuously working on improvements in the following areas:

  • Keyboard navigation and focus: We are working to ensure that all interactive elements, such as menu navigation, filters, sliders and pop-ups, can be operated with a keyboard and have a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • Images and visual content: We are working to ensure that product images, banners and videos have adequate alternative text or descriptions.
  • Contrast and readability: We are working to ensure that all text and key elements have sufficient contrast against the background.
  • Forms and error messages: We are working to ensure that all fields have clear labels and that error messages are descriptive.
  • Third-party content: Parts of the site, such as payment, are provided by external partners. We require them to meet accessibility standards, but we do not have full control over their solutions.

When we launch new features or campaigns, there may for a period be elements that do not yet fully meet the guidelines. We aim to fix these on an ongoing basis as part of our development work.
