Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Frederique Constant Classics Quartz Chronograph FC-296SW5B6
The Frederique Constant Classics Quartz Chronograph FC-296SW5B6 is a triple-calendar chronograph watch driven by the FC-296 quartz caliber, with day and month apertures sitting directly above the central hands.
The white dial carries a concentric texture on the main surface, with three sub-dials at nine, six, and three o'clock and a central pointer hand tipped in red reaching the outermost printed scale. Applied, faceted silver baton indices ring the dial alongside printed black numerals on the sub-dials. The 316L stainless steel case measures 40 mm in diameter and 10 mm thick, fully polished, with a narrow sloped bezel in silver. Sapphire glass sits over the dial. The watch fastens on a genuine black leather strap with alligator-style texture and a buckle clasp at 20 mm width.

Triple Calendar in One Movement
The Frederique Constant Classics Quartz Chronograph, reference FC-296SW5B6, combines stopwatch function with day and month aperture display in a single FC-296 quartz movement. Sapphire glass resists scratching on daily wear without the maintenance demands of a mechanical caliber. The two cylindrical pushers flanking the crown operate the chronograph directly from the case at 40 mm.
