What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Frederique Constant Classics Index FC-303MC5B6
The Frederique Constant Classics Index FC-303MC5B6 is a watch built around a guilloché-textured white dial and an in-house automatic movement visible through the transparent caseback.
The 40 mm 316L steel case carries a polished finish, with curved lugs showing minimal vertical brushing. The white dial is structured in layers: a central guilloché zone, a smooth hour track with black Roman numerals, and an outer minute track with applied silver baton indices. Hour and minute hands are black-finished, the minute hand formed in a Breguet-style loop. A date window sits at 3 o'clock. The black genuine leather strap has an embossed alligator pattern with dark stitching, secured by a buckle.

Frederique Constant was founded in 1988 in Geneva by Peter Stas and Aletta Stas-Bax, with production headquartered in Plan-les-Ouates. The brand has been owned by Citizen Watch since 2016 and is known for Swiss-made classic dress watches with in-house mechanical calibers. The Classics collection is its core dress-watch line, built around restrained dials, traditional index layouts, and round case proportions.
