What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Festina Ceramic Chronograph F20693/5
Festina Ceramic Chronograph F20693/5 is a 39 mm stainless steel chronograph watch with a green ceramic bezel and a sunburst green dial running on a Miyota JS20 quartz movement.
The dial carries three recessed sub-dials and polished silver-tone baton indices with white Super-Luminova fill, paired with baton hands in the same treatment. The case is stainless steel at 39 mm diameter and 8 mm thick, with brushed surfaces on the case and alternating brushed and polished links on the stainless steel bracelet, all closing via a fold-over clasp. The smooth green ceramic bezel is engraved with white numerals at five-minute increments. The watch comes on a 17 mm stainless steel metal-link bracelet, and the chronograph stopwatch function is complemented by a 24-hour display and date.

Festina: Swiss Roots, Sport Heritage
Festina was founded in 1902 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The brand changed hands several times before Spanish businessman Miguel Rodríguez acquired it in 1984.
