What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Casio G-Shock DW-5600RL-1ER
The Casio G-Shock DW-5600RL-1ER is a digital resin watch built around the colour scheme of the first-ever G-Shock, with red, blue, and yellow detailing printed across the bezel face against the black case.
The 43 mm resin case is finished in matte black with pronounced structural ridges running along the bezel and circular dimple details at the lug connection points. The multi-coloured digital dial is framed by concentric rings of white, yellow, blue, and gold print, with "G-SHOCK" and "PROTECTION" embossed on the top and bottom bezel surfaces. The integrated black resin strap runs straight into the case shape, has a moulded linear pattern, and fastens with a pin buckle. Functions include a perpetual calendar, date, day, month, 24-hour display, GMT dual time, stopwatch with split time, and LED illumination.
