We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Casio Edifice EFK-200DG-5AER
The Casio Edifice EFK-200DG-5AER is an automatic watch with a 38 mm stainless steel and alloy case finished in gold tone, built around a self-winding movement rather than a quartz module.
The brown dial carries a fine-grained texture, with polished applied golden baton indexes and gold-colored baton hands filled with lume - a thin seconds hand completes the set. The gold-tone case measures 38 mm in diameter, pairs brushed surfaces on the lug tops and case sides with a polished fixed bezel, and connects to a three-link stainless steel bracelet that mirrors the same brushed-and-polished treatment. A date display sits at three o'clock. The glass is sapphire.

Casio is a Japanese electronics and watch manufacturer, and Edifice is a dedicated line within its watch range launched in 2000. The Casio Edifice EFK-200DG-5AER - reference EFK-200DG-5AER within the EFK-200 collection - runs a 21-jewel automatic movement with a 42-hour power reserve, meaning roughly two days of reserve when fully wound. Sapphire glass covers the brown dial, placing a highly scratch-resistant surface over the textured face. Water resistance is rated at 10 ATM, keeping the watch fully usable in the pool. A transparent caseback allows a direct view of the movement.
