We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

BREIL BSW6.5 TW2122 is a two-hand quartz watch built around a 6.5 mm slim case profile, making the thickness the defining characteristic of the entire collection.
The 38 mm stainless steel cushion-shaped case carries a blue gradient dial with fine horizontal grooves running across the surface, fading from lighter blue at the centre to deep blue at the edge. Applied rectangular baton indices have polished, faceted edges, and the skeletonised hour and minute hands sit flat against the dial - the flat bezel shows a mirror-polished top surface with brushed angled edges, and the H-link stainless steel bracelet alternates brushed outer links with polished centre links. Glass is mineral.
