The protective foil is an optional extra for those who want to take extra care of their watch and protect it from the scratches and scrapes that everyday life can easily cause. The foil is personally cut to fit your watch, which is why we can mount the foil on most watch models - including smartwatches from Apple, Huawei & Samsung.
The foil has a wide range of cool properties:

Increases scratch resistance.

Increases protection against small bumps and other scratches.

In the case of minor scratches, the film 'regenerates' so that in most cases it 'heals' again, so you can't see the scratch.
Deep scratches will 'destroy' the foil. Luckily, your watch has been saved from a permanent scratch and you can order a new foil from us.
The protective film is transparent and is made from a material that is almost impossible to see.
Conditions
The right of return is void when purchasing this product, as the seal will be broken and a personalization of the product takes place. When ordering online with a watch, the foil will be personally applied to your watch before shipment. We will remove the plastic that is normally attached to the glass and apply your PanzerGlassTM foil. In addition, 1 extra delivery day is expected on orders where PanzerGlassTM Foil is applied.

We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

AVI-8 Hawker Harrier AV-4098-02
AVI-8 Hawker Harrier AV-4098-02 is a pilot watch built around a dual-time retrograde display - a mechanical complication more commonly found in far pricier instruments - driven by a quartz movement.
The 44 mm stainless steel case is brushed, with curved lugs extending to a 52 mm lug-to-lug length, and the black bezel frames a multi-layered black dial packed with detail: trapezoidal applied indices with luminous fill, baton hands carrying red and yellow accents, a 24-hour sub-dial with an arrow hand, a retrograde sub-dial with an exposed bridge construction, and a date window at 3 o'clock marked by a red-and-white striped block element. The case is 14 mm thick and pairs with a genuine brown leather strap with beige topstitching, fastened by a buckle - a 22 mm strap width. Glass is mineral.

AVI-8 was founded in 2012, building its identity around collaboration between pilots and engineers from military aviation backgrounds. The Hawker Harrier collection centres on the Hawker Harrier aircraft line, and the Farley model takes its name directly from John Farley, the test pilot identified by AVI-8 as a major figure in the Harrier Jump Jet's development.
