Glass Protection
(€16.00)
The protective foil is an optional extra for those who want to take extra care of their watch and protect it from the scratches and scrapes that everyday life can easily cause. The foil is personally cut to fit your watch, which is why we can mount the foil on most watch models - including smartwatches from Apple, Huawei & Samsung.
The foil has a wide range of cool properties:
-
Increases scratch resistance.
-
Increases protection against small bumps and other scratches.
-
In the case of minor scratches, the film 'regenerates' so that in most cases it 'heals' again, so you can't see the scratch.
Deep scratches will 'destroy' the foil. Luckily, your watch has been saved from a permanent scratch and you can order a new foil from us.
The protective film is transparent and is made from a material that is almost impossible to see.
Conditions
The 99-day return policy does not apply when purchasing this product. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies. When ordering online with a watch, the foil will be personally applied to your watch before shipment. We will remove the plastic that is normally attached to the glass and apply your PanzerGlassTM foil. In addition, 1 extra delivery day is expected on orders where PanzerGlassTM Foil is applied.

Water Resistance
-
(Read more) 10 ATM / 100 meterThe watch is water resistant to 100 meters of water pressure (10 ATM) under static conditions without movement or temperature fluctuations. This means the watch is resistant to general bathing activities. However, the watch is not classified as a diver’s watch, and we therefore do not recommend diving deeper than 2 meters while wearing the watch.
Glass
-
(Read more) Hardlex Mineral GlassThe watch is fitted with Hardlex mineral glass, Seiko’s proprietary chemically hardened mineral glass. The hardening process increases the glass’s resistance to scratches while maintaining the flexibility and impact resistance characteristic of mineral glass. Scratch and wear resistance are measured on the Mohs hardness scale, which ranges from 1 to 10. Hardlex mineral glass ranks at 7 on this scale.

Lumen
-
(Read more) LumiBriteThe watch is equipped with LumiBrite, an extra-strong luminous material developed by Seiko. LumiBrite is stronger than standard lume and works by absorbing daylight and emitting it in the dark. Lume is most commonly applied to the dial, hands, or markers. This allows you to read the time in low-light conditions or complete darkness.
