Glass Protection
(€16.00)
The protective foil is an optional extra for those who want to take extra care of their watch and protect it from the scratches and scrapes that everyday life can easily cause. The foil is personally cut to fit your watch, which is why we can mount the foil on most watch models - including smartwatches from Apple, Huawei & Samsung.
The foil has a wide range of cool properties:
-
Increases scratch resistance.
-
Increases protection against small bumps and other scratches.
-
In the case of minor scratches, the film 'regenerates' so that in most cases it 'heals' again, so you can't see the scratch.
Deep scratches will 'destroy' the foil. Luckily, your watch has been saved from a permanent scratch and you can order a new foil from us.
The protective film is transparent and is made from a material that is almost impossible to see.
Conditions
The right of return is void when purchasing this product, as the seal will be broken and a personalization of the product takes place. When ordering online with a watch, the foil will be personally applied to your watch before shipment. We will remove the plastic that is normally attached to the glass and apply your PanzerGlassTM foil. In addition, 1 extra delivery day is expected on orders where PanzerGlassTM Foil is applied.

Product description
Jaguar Connected J983/3
Jaguar Connected J983/3 keeps a mechanical-looking front and puts the smart part behind it: a Swiss Made hybrid with analog hands and dial indications, linked to a phone over Bluetooth. Fits any 19 mm strap.
The functions themselves are set up on the phone, in the Jaguar Connected app, which is also where step data is read. It pairs over Bluetooth Low Energy with Android from version 5.0 and iOS from version 9, and the app needs the relevant permissions granted; feature availability and app support can vary by region.
Jaguar Connected J983/3 gives you:
- Fits any 19 mm strap
- 5 ATM - suitable for swimming
- Syncs with Jaguar Connected
- SMS and call notifications
- Step counting
- Remote camera shutter and music control
- Chronograph and GMT indication
The watch signals notifications, counts steps, triggers the phone's camera shutter, controls music playback and rings the phone when it has been mislaid. On the dial side it runs a chronograph, a GMT indication and a 24-hour scale, alongside hour, minute, day and date.
Notifications
Incoming SMS and calls are signalled by vibration and by an indicator on the analog dial.
Pedometer
Daily steps are counted by internal motion sensors. The count is shown as a dial indication and synchronised to the app.
Camera shutter control
The watch works as a remote shutter release for the phone's camera. It is one of the functions you assign in the app.
Music control
Play and pause on the connected phone are handled from the watch.
Chronograph
Timing is read off the analog hands, and the function is part of the Jaguar FKS927 hybrid movement.
Case and bracelet
The case measures 37 mm in 316L stainless steel with gold PVD coating, under sapphire glass, with synthetic zircons set in the bezel and crystals at the indices on the blue dial. The steel link bracelet has a matching gold PVD finish and a folding clasp with safety; total weight is about 130 g.
Power
The hybrid movement runs on a standard button cell, and comparable Jaguar Hybrid models reach up to about two years on one.

A watch rated at 5 ATM is resistant to rain, sweat, and can be rinsed with fresh water without soap or salt. Although the watch can withstand water contact, we do not recommend wearing it during diving or bathing in soapy water, saltwater, lake water, or similar conditions.
