We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

The Frederique Constant Highlife Heart Beat FC-310B4NH6B is an automatic watch with an open-heart aperture at 12 o'clock that places the balance wheel of the FC-310 caliber directly in view.
The 41 mm stainless steel case carries a vertically brushed face with polished bevels along its edges, and the black dial is etched with a globe pattern across its inner section. An outer minute track carries printed five-minute numerals, syringe-style hands hold a luminous fill, and applied baton hour markers carry central luminous sections - all behind sapphire glass. The integrated stainless steel bracelet combines brushed rectangular outer links with polished central links and fastens with a fold-over clasp; the watch ships with an extra strap included.
