Glass Protection
(€16.00)
The protective foil is an optional extra for those who want to take extra care of their watch and protect it from the scratches and scrapes that everyday life can easily cause. The foil is personally cut to fit your watch, which is why we can mount the foil on most watch models - including smartwatches from Apple, Huawei & Samsung.
The foil has a wide range of cool properties:
-
Increases scratch resistance.
-
Increases protection against small bumps and other scratches.
-
In the case of minor scratches, the film 'regenerates' so that in most cases it 'heals' again, so you can't see the scratch.
Deep scratches will 'destroy' the foil. Luckily, your watch has been saved from a permanent scratch and you can order a new foil from us.
The protective film is transparent and is made from a material that is almost impossible to see.
Conditions
The right of return is void when purchasing this product, as the seal will be broken and a personalization of the product takes place. When ordering online with a watch, the foil will be personally applied to your watch before shipment. We will remove the plastic that is normally attached to the glass and apply your PanzerGlassTM foil. In addition, 1 extra delivery day is expected on orders where PanzerGlassTM Foil is applied.

Product description
Dissing Momento D1687
Dissing Momento D1687 is a 42 mm stainless steel watch with three sub-dials set into a matte white dial, framed by a tachymeter scale on the inner bezel ring.
The white dial carries a pronounced matte texture offset by three sub-dials with a concentric circular grain finish. Applied, faceted baton hour markers sit proud of the dial surface with luminous fill at their centres, and the silver-toned baton hands carry the same lume treatment. The case is stainless steel at 42 mm, with brushed finishing on the top lug surfaces and polished bevels along the sides. A black genuine leather strap closes with a buckle, its large alligator-style embossing visible across the full strap width. The tachymeter scale printed on the black inner ring lets the wearer read average speed over a known distance against the chronograph seconds hand. Note: the product data does not list a chronograph function, so the sub-dials are decorative in character rather than active timing counters.

Dissing: Danish Design, Direct
Dissing is a Danish watch brand founded in 2018 by brothers Kasper and Mikkel Dissing. Designed in Denmark, the brand positions itself on classic, elegant watches distributed without intermediaries. Kasper and Mikkel Dissing are also the founders of Ditur, the wider watch retail business behind the brand.
Sapphire Coating and 10 ATM
The Dissing Momento D1687 runs on a Sunon PE902 quartz caliber. Sapphire-coated mineral glass covers the dial - a practical step above plain mineral glass in scratch resistance, though not equivalent to full sapphire. Water resistance is rated at 10 ATM, making the watch suitable for swimming.

Water Resistance
-
(Read more) 10 ATM / 100 meterThe watch is water resistant to 100 meters of water pressure (10 ATM) under static conditions without movement or temperature fluctuations. This means the watch is resistant to general bathing activities. However, the watch is not classified as a diver’s watch, and we therefore do not recommend diving deeper than 2 meters while wearing the watch.
Glass
-
(Read more) Sapphire-Coated Mineral GlassThe watch is equipped with sapphire-coated mineral glass, which consists of solid mineral glass fused with a layer of sapphire crystal on the surface. The sapphire crystals enhance the scratch resistance of the glass while retaining the flexibility and impact resistance characteristic of mineral glass. Scratch and wear resistance are measured on the Mohs hardness scale, which ranges from 1 to 10. Sapphire-coated mineral glass typically ranks at 6-7 on this scale.

Lumen
-
(Read more) LumeThe watch is equipped with lume, a luminous material that absorbs light during the day and emits it in the dark. Lume is most commonly applied to the dial, hands, or markers. This allows you to read the time in low-light conditions or complete darkness.
