Product description
Dissing Aquadiver 39 mm D1894
Dissing Aquadiver 39 mm D1894 is a diver-style watch built around a rotating bezel scale with an inverted triangle marker, Arabic numerals, and individual pip markers at every interval.
The 39 mm 316L steel case carries a matte, directionally brushed finish on the lugs and a polished bevel along the case sides. The grey dial features polished-metal hour markers - double and single batons at the quarters, circles elsewhere - all filled with lume, while the polished baton hands carry a white luminous stripe and the seconds hand ends in a luminous circle. A date window sits at three o'clock. The stainless steel metal-link bracelet uses alternating polished and brushed links and closes with a fold-over clasp.

Dissing: A Danish House
Dissing is a Danish watch brand founded in 2018 by brothers Kasper and Mikkel Dissing. The same brothers established Ditur in Denmark in 2014, which grew into a large Scandinavian online retailer of watches and accessories. Dissing is the in-house brand that emerged from that retail foundation.
Quartz Reliability, Dive-Rated Build
The Dissing Aquadiver D1894 runs the Ronda 515 quartz caliber, a Swiss-made movement well regarded for long-term accuracy and low battery consumption - the battery reference is a 371 / SR920SW. At 10 ATM, the watch is rated for swimming. The sapphire-coated mineral glass offers better scratch resistance than plain mineral glass without the cost of full sapphire, and the 3-year warranty covers the watch from the date of purchase.

General
-
(Read more) 3-Year WarrantyThis product is developed and manufactured by Ditur. We offer a 3-year warranty covering the product from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, you can always contact us directly.
Movement
-
(Read more) Wristwatch AnalogueAn analog wristwatch is a traditional timepiece with hands that display hours, minutes, and seconds on a dial.
-
(Read more) QuartzThe clockwork is quartz, which means that it is battery powered. A quartz movement is easy to maintain and ensures that the watch is always accurate.
-
(Read more) Ronda 515Inside the watch case, the watch is equipped with a Ronda caliber 515 movement. The Swiss manufacturer, Ronda, is recognized in the industry for their reliable quartz movements, which are produced at the factories in southern Switzerland. For watch manufacturers, the caliber 515 movement represents a quality choice of movement for quartz watches designed with date display and three-hands for time indication (hour, minute, and second).
Design
Size
-
(Read more) 39 mmThe watch case measures 39 mm in diameter. The diameter is measured including the entire bezel and excluding the crown. Half-diameter sizes are rounded to the nearest whole number.
-
(Read more) 18 mmThe strap width is the distance between the lugs where the strap attaches to the watch case. It is also between the lugs that you measure the width to find the correct size if you wish to replace your watch strap.
Features
-
(Read more) 10 ATM / 100 meterThe watch is water resistant to 100 meters of water pressure (10 ATM) under static conditions without movement or temperature fluctuations. This means the watch is resistant to general bathing activities. However, the watch is not classified as a diver’s watch, and we therefore do not recommend diving deeper than 2 meters while wearing the watch.
-
(Read more) Sapphire-Coated Mineral GlassThe watch is equipped with sapphire-coated mineral glass, which consists of solid mineral glass fused with a layer of sapphire crystal on the surface. The sapphire crystals enhance the scratch resistance of the glass while retaining the flexibility and impact resistance characteristic of mineral glass. Scratch and wear resistance are measured on the Mohs hardness scale, which ranges from 1 to 10. Sapphire-coated mineral glass typically ranks at 6-7 on this scale.
-
(Read more) LumeThe watch is equipped with lume, a luminous material that absorbs light during the day and emits it in the dark. Lume is most commonly applied to the dial, hands, or markers. This allows you to read the time in low-light conditions or complete darkness.
-
(Read more) DateThe watch is equipped with a date display that advances every second time the hour hand passes 12 o'clock. The date display counts up to 31 days and must be manually adjusted in months with fewer than 31 days.
