What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Certina DS-1 Chrono Auto C0294621601100
The Certina DS-1 Chrono Auto C0294621601100 is an automatic chronograph watch built around the ETA VALJOUX A05.231 movement, visible through the transparent caseback.
The white sunburst dial shows concentric radial graining across its surface, with two sub-dials finished in a contrasting circular texture. Applied polished arrowhead hour markers with bevelled facets ring the dial, while the central and sub-dial hands carry a blue-tinted finish against the silver bezel. The 316L steel case measures 42 mm in diameter and 14 mm thick, with curved, fully polished lugs and two elongated oval chronograph pushers flanking a knurled crown engraved with "DS". The grey genuine leather strap has a suede texture and self-colour perimeter stitching, fastened by a butterfly clasp at 21 mm width.

Certina's Double Security Heritage
Certina was founded in Grenchen, Switzerland in 1888 by brothers Adolf and Alfred Kurth, initially producing watch parts and movements. The brand is now part of the Swatch Group and is closely associated with the DS - Double Security - concept, introduced in 1959 around increased shock and water resistance. The DS-1 sits within that continuing technical lineage.
VALJOUX Movement, Practical Depth
The Certina DS-1 Chrono Auto, manufacturer's reference C029.462.16.011.00, runs on the ETA VALJOUX A05.231 automatic calibre with a 68-hour power reserve - enough to carry through a full weekend without winding. The chronograph function includes split-time measurement, and the tachymeter scale printed on the angled flange of the dial allows average speed over a known distance to be read directly off the chronograph seconds hand. Sapphire glass protects the dial, and 10 ATM water resistance covers swimming.
