We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Casio G-Shock Frogman 30th Anniversary Limited Edition MRG-BF1000EB-1ADR
The Casio G-Shock Frogman 30th Anniversary Limited Edition MRG-BF1000EB-1ADR is a solar-powered titanium diver's watch produced in a worldwide run of 800 numbered pieces, each carrying anniversary markings on the case back.
The 50 mm titanium case is built up in multiple faceted panels of brushed and polished surfaces, with asymmetrical protectors engraved with "FROGMAN" and button labels flanking the grey bezel. The black dial is dense with applied luminous-filled hour markers of varying rectangular shapes, large lume-filled sword hands, and a thin seconds hand, while the sub-dials add further layering across the dial surface. The watch ships with both a titanium metal-link bracelet and an additional white rubber strap featuring a repeating wave-pattern texture across its surface, secured by a buckle clasp. Sapphire glass sits over the dial.
