Glass Protection
(€16.00)
The protective foil is an optional extra for those who want to take extra care of their watch and protect it from the scratches and scrapes that everyday life can easily cause. The foil is personally cut to fit your watch, which is why we can mount the foil on most watch models - including smartwatches from Apple, Huawei & Samsung.
The foil has a wide range of cool properties:
-
Increases scratch resistance.
-
Increases protection against small bumps and other scratches.
-
In the case of minor scratches, the film 'regenerates' so that in most cases it 'heals' again, so you can't see the scratch.
Deep scratches will 'destroy' the foil. Luckily, your watch has been saved from a permanent scratch and you can order a new foil from us.
The protective film is transparent and is made from a material that is almost impossible to see.
Conditions
The right of return is void when purchasing this product, as the seal will be broken and a personalization of the product takes place. When ordering online with a watch, the foil will be personally applied to your watch before shipment. We will remove the plastic that is normally attached to the glass and apply your PanzerGlassTM foil. In addition, 1 extra delivery day is expected on orders where PanzerGlassTM Foil is applied.

Calypso and the Festina Group
Calypso is a watch brand within the Festina Group, launched in 1996. It was created as a dedicated brand within the group to address a younger market segment with accessible, affordable watches. The brand sits alongside Festina's other labels and is positioned as the group's entry into trend-oriented, everyday timekeeping.
What the Miyota Movement Delivers
The Calypso Basic K5865/1 runs a Miyota 2035 quartz caliber, a Japanese movement widely sourced for its accurate and reliable time regulation in everyday analogue watches. The 32 mm stainless steel case keeps the profile compact. At 5 ATM, the watch handles rain and handwashing without issue, though it is not rated for swimming.
