At Ditur, we offer an extended warranty, which ensures that your watch is covered against damage that the normal warranty does not cover.

For a small fee, your watch can be covered against the following:

What should you do if the product is damaged?

Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.

We will send you a return shipping label.

The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.

We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.

Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.

Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:

• Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
• Cosmetic damage
• Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
• Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
• Grossly negligent and wilful damage

Your obligations:

• Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.
