How fast do you deliver?

We always strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently, so we have carefully selected the best and safest delivery methods and distributors. Find the available delivery options in your region and country here.

How do I make a return/claim?

If you wish to return your item, please create a return here. We offer a 99-day full return policy from the date of purchase. Our returns team will process your return as soon as we receive it.

If you wish to exchange an item, please use the returns portal above. As soon as we have received your return, our returns team will process it. You can then make a new purchase of the desired item in a new order on our website.
In case of a complaint, please use our complaints portal here. A typical handling of your complaint takes 4-8 working days. However, during busy periods it can take up to 14 days.

Is Ditur an authorised dealer?

Ditur only sells products through an authorised distributor, so you can shop your new watch knowing that authenticity and warranty are guaranteed.

What is the difference between an automatic movement and a quartz movement?

A watch with a quartz movement is characterised by the fact that it is battery-powered. This means it runs on a battery and has a battery life of 1-2 years.
An automatic movement is powered by kinetic energy generated when the watch is in motion. Therefore, it has a more complex movement driven by a rotating wheel that winds the movement.

How do I adjust the strap on my watch?

Below is a guide on how to remove or add links on a watch with a chain to save you a trip to the watchmaker. You can buy a watch link customisation toolkit that is easy to use on all types of watches here. The process is relatively simple and takes no more than 5-10 minutes.

Guide:

Consider how much you need to have removed from the chain. Typically there are about six removable links on the chain and, in some cases, three fine adjustment notches on the clasp.

On the back of the strap, there are small arrows indicating which way to push the pin out.
Place the chain in the grey plastic block so that the arrows are facing downwards and can be punched out in the correct direction.
Take one of the striking pins and the small hammer and slowly knock out a pin in the chain. The pin should come loose and come out the other end. Be careful not to scratch the chain.
Once the desired number of links have been removed, reassemble the chain by pushing a pin in the opposite direction to the arrow on the back of the chain.

Will I get a watch box with my watch?

All products are delivered in their original packaging - whether it's jewellery, watches or other items. We are an authorised dealer for all brands available on Ditur, so everything is delivered in its original packaging with original accessories.

How do I set my clock?

To set your new watch, pull the crown out to position 2 - the outermost position. Please note that diving watches (watches with 20 ATM and above) have a screw-in crown, so this must be unscrewed and not pulled out.
Once the crown is pulled or unscrewed, turn the crown until the time is correct. Then push or screw it back in.
The date on the watch is typically set by pulling or unscrewing the crown to position 1, where the crown is halfway out. Here you can turn until the date fits. On watches with chronographs, the date and day of the week sometimes need to be set on the two buttons above and below the watch's crown (the crown is the centre button on the side of the watch).
If your watch is automatic mechanical, the watch winds itself when you move, i.e. simply by the presence of movement. If you don't wear your watch every day or are not physically active, wind it yourself to make it run as accurately as possible. This is done by turning the crown 10-15 times clockwise, but no more than that.
To adjust the date in your mechanical watch, it is essential to follow some simple rules; otherwise, you could damage the movement. Changing the date and day of the week should only be done between (6 pm to midnight or 6 am to 12 am), and it is essential to avoid turning the crown anti-clockwise.

Is Ditur cheap?
