Terms and FAQ about Ditur's product review function

The purpose of Ditur's product review feature is to provide our customers with an even better shopping experience by giving them as much information and as accurate a description of the product as possible before they make their decision.
By submitting a product review to Ditur, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Content of the product review

You have the opportunity to review a product if you have your own personal experience with the product. Your review must be based on your personal experience of the product and be detailed and informative. It is not a requirement that the product you review has been purchased at Ditur. In order to review a product, you must be logged in to your customer profile and provide a nickname (which will be displayed with your review) and your e-mail address (which will not be visible to the public). Ditur reserves the right to assess and modify all submitted reviews according to its guidelines. For this reason, your review will not be published on the website with immediate effect.

Your review must not be discriminatory, irrelevant or inappropriate. Your review must not contain personal and sensitive information about you or others. Thus, only share information you would find relevant, rewarding, and informative in a possible purchase situation. Last but not least, your review must not contain references or links to other businesses than Ditur.

Once your review has been submitted to Ditur, you can no longer edit it. If you wish to correct it or withdraw it, please contact support@ditur.com

Use of the product review

Your product review will, after approval, be published on the product you have reviewed. Ditur reserves the right to translate your review and use it across country markets. Based on the content and personal information you provide to Ditur in connection with your product review, you consent to Ditur using, copying, adapting, publishing, reviewing, and translating your content without any financial compensation. Furthermore, you consent to Ditur registering and storing your personal data for the general administration of your review. See our privacy policy for more details.

False reviews

At Ditur, we have zero tolerance for fake reviews. We take fake reviews and users very seriously, which is why we manually review all our incoming reviews before publishing them. Should you, against expectations, come across a review or user that you suspect is fake/not complying with the above terms, we encourage you to contact support@ditur.com so that we can investigate the case in detail.
