The protective foil is an optional extra for those who want to take extra care of their watch and protect it from the scratches and scrapes that everyday life can easily cause. The foil is personally cut to fit your watch, which is why we can mount the foil on most watch models - including smartwatches from Apple, Huawei & Samsung.
The foil has a wide range of cool properties:

Increases scratch resistance.

Increases protection against small bumps and other scratches.

In the case of minor scratches, the film 'regenerates' so that in most cases it 'heals' again, so you can't see the scratch.
Deep scratches will 'destroy' the foil. Luckily, your watch has been saved from a permanent scratch and you can order a new foil from us.
The protective film is transparent and is made from a material that is almost impossible to see.
Conditions
The right of return is void when purchasing this product, as the seal will be broken and a personalization of the product takes place. When ordering online with a watch, the foil will be personally applied to your watch before shipment. We will remove the plastic that is normally attached to the glass and apply your PanzerGlassTM foil. In addition, 1 extra delivery day is expected on orders where PanzerGlassTM Foil is applied.

What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.
